Could someone please help me understand why outcome B was rejected even though it got the most singular votes? (attached screenshot)
Is voting towards the type of outcome separate from the voting for the specific target within the outcome? Thank you

1. Outcome A or B with most votes
2. Target with most votes within winning outcome
3. In case of a tie, player with least remaining favor (I think you need to sum the DF in the case of multiple players, so in your example 40+82 (Sikhism) < 91+58 (Eastern Orthodoxy), but I would need more testing to confirm)

I have never seen Outcome B get passed for world religion (without main player intervention).
So if you ever see it get passed, I would like to know.
