Why not give Loki another use?

I know my fav hero cannot get promoted since he has no unitclass, but why not give him inspiration since he has channeling2?

That would give him some uses even for mid-endgame... that is after he has stolen all my neighbours cities I can afford and get to quickly enough. ^_^

Sure, but I guess that the Balseraphs have already the strongest melee training options, Freaks give very special promotions and the arena is so much fun.
