Will Civ4 run on this laptop?

I am planning on purchasing the following laptop-

The basics-

AMD Phenom II 2.2ghz
4 gig DDR3 ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
Blu-Ray Disc/DVD RW/CD-RW

Would Civ4 run on this? And to further inquire... would Civ5 run on this?

Note- I define running as being playable- very minimal stuttering, graphics on an average (or higher) setting. I don't need super high end graphics running at 180 fps... but I don't want the lowest graphic settings to run at 10 fps either.

Hey there! My laptop is much older (from 2007), runs Vista and has less RAM than the one you plan on purchasing. I can run Civ4 on mine, but it seems I have to do so through Windows MediaPlayer. It's kind of weird... but hey, it works. No lag or anything. Smooth as silk. So I think you should be fine.
