Win 7 Compatibility

Is there a patch for Windows 7 compatability issues. I just had my computer upgraded to this os and installed Civ4. When I attempted to play it was informed that there are issues and Microsoft referred me to publisher of the game. Can't find a patch for this on the Civ4 site.

Welcome to CFC
you will need to patch it to 1.74 - which should make it compatible with Vista/7 however make sure to first patch to 1.61
