Win10 Screen Saver blacks out Civ5

Using Win10 when the screen saver kicks in (might be the lock screen) (haven't figured out the difference yet) with Civ5 running, I can't switch to Civ5 after re-entering PW.

Is there a setting or option to disable screen saver when running Civ?
