Does anyone know of a way I can run Conquests in windowed mode? I love my 24 inch screen and everything, but since I started playing Civ IV in windowed mode, it's just so much more enjoyable gameplay.

Yes, I saw that, but I'm looking for a way that doesn't involve VirtualPC.
Through some ini file editing you can force the 1024x768 window into the upper left corner, but there is no windowed mode in Civ3. The best you can do is some kind of virtual box (I use Oracles - it's free) and make that window smaller than your screen.
