Hi Folks,
I have been playing Civ 5 since it first came out. Every time I have played I get to the start screen and have to press the window's button on the keyboard for my screen to expand all the way out to the edge of my screen and for the bluriness to go away. Now, with the recent update on Steam, I can no longer do this. The game will jump to Window's, but I can't go back to the game and have the screen expanded out with bluriness gone. Now it just reverts to where it was, which is the screen expands all the way out until about 1/2 inch from screen edges with massive bluriness.
Can anyone help. I appologize in advance for probably not using the proper lingo for computers. I am not too great with them.
