wireless router problem

Even though my signal strength is excellent, i still get lag. Is there any way around this besides plugging in? because i really cant.


autosave off, animations off, no other applications running.

Please help, thanks.

if you have a firewall that could be the problem. You probably still have some unopened ports. Directplay is 2302 i think. that fixes some problems with connection issues. click here for more information

i have no problem connecting. I can connect almost always.

As i clearly stated in my initial post my problem is lagging. I have no firewall on. As for ports i assume the right ones are open since i can connect to most games.

IS it only you? does this happen on every game? the thing that usually causes lagging is your connection to the host and how strong it is.
