Hello guys!

My civ has mutual agreement of open borders with some neighboring civ.

Can my worker work on imrovements within the borders of the civ? (build roads, create farms and etc.)
Can I upgrade my warrior to swordman within the borders of this civ?

Only roads, maybe forts too at war time, and no.

I don't think you can upgrade units in foreign territory.

...which I find annoying - I mean you can heal at double the rate in allied borderstoo, why not upgrade them? Especially in OCCs that would change so much.

You can also repair a pillaged improvement with your workers.

Hmmm...if I build a road in foreign tiles, do I pay for maintenance or does the other fella? How about CS tiles?
