Wonder Building Acceleration

This poll is intended to give general guidance on wonder building and the disbanding of units to speed up pre-wonder improvements such as factories. I refer you to the to the Wonder building discussion in the citizens forum for details.

I have proposed it in general format since that discussion does not seem conclusive at this time.

Comments are welcome but should be prefaced with a review of the wonder building discussion.

I think it's ok to disband old units we don't need or don't want to upgrade. It can be very useful to disband armies but that should require a citizen discussion and poll about the specifics.

An army is a unit(s).

I don't think disbanding units will help build a wonder. I tried it.

He said to disband units for pre-wonder buildings, like factories.
