Wonder completion / IBT order

I can't recall offhand. If I'm about to complete research on a tech, and the Theory of Evolution is also going to finish building on the same turn, what happens first? I'd hate to "waste" half of the ToE's effect on research that's about to finish anyway.

If a tech is done on the IBT it will come first. Then you get the ToE and pick your two techs.

It's a HOF entry, and I'm pretty sure that this kind of save-reload experiment would disqualify it.

It IS a good thought, though. In other circumstances, I would have done just that!

Yes, the tech comes first. I've already used it to go into the build sequence and switch a prebuilt to a wonder (or spaceship part) that this new tech enables, and consequently finish the wonder the same turn...
