What is required to win a "wonder victory"?

As far as I can tell, it's only available in the Mesopotamia Conquest. The game ends once all seven wonders are built.

In a normal game, you can check the "Wonder Victory" condition. Then, click on "Game Limits", and tehre should be an adjustable number. The first civ that reaches taht number wins the game.

WOnder victory means the game ends when the last great wonder is built, whoever has the highest score at that time wins, the victory is based on your score, you do not even have to build a wonder to win
if you have disabled diplomatic victory, the game will not end because the UN can not be built so you would have to win in another manner
