Wonder Victory?

What is this victory i looked in the civpedia and manual but couldn't find it. it seems like one civ has to have all the wonders is this correct or do they al have to be built? how many of you play with it on?

As soon as the last wonder is built, the civ with the highest score wins. I don't use it because I don't use diplomatic victory, and without the UN, all the wonders will never be built.

It can be a quick qame victory, it is used in teh Mesopotamia Conquest, but I find no use...

as ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........ mentioned, you have to play with diplomatic to allow wonders. i've found that united nations is aqlmost never the last wonder built, so you don't get a wonder victory. bit of a catch 21.

This is only for the Mesopotamia conquest (for which the victory condition was put in), there are only the seven ancient wonders in this scenario.
