Wonder Video and Leaderhead Issues

Everytime I play BTS, the game eventually crashes because a video fails to load. Is there anyway to fix it? Also, the leaderhead problem is just aesthetically displeasing. Anyway to fix it? I have version 3.17.

well there is a workaround - install nevermind's static wonder movies and leaderheads packs...

Another question, is there anyway I can diagnose the problem to determine why this keeps happening?

I assume windows xp
click start
click run
type dxdiag
hit enter
click save results
come back here
attach the results file to a new post
you can attach files by clicking on go advanced and then on manage attachments below the reply box
