Some wonders count as a certain improvement in every city (Pryamids=Granaries, SETI=Research Labs, etc.)

In the case of wonders (like SETI), do cities with a (research lab) get the science bonus twice, or should you sell any (research labs) you have once you build or capture (SETI)? Same question goes for other wonders that affect attitude or trade or science.

Thanks.

rysingsun is exactly right. Of course, it is better not to build the improvements if you intend to build the wonder.

Where you have to be careful is when you capture wonders from the AI. Ie, if you capture the Pyramids, you need to sell any graneries you may have built or captured, ditto for any other wonders that provide civ-wide improvements. It is kinda silly to pay for any cathedrals if you capture Mike's chappel...

Everything said is correct, but I want to add one thing. Remember to sell all Nuclear Plants and Power Plants if you build/capture the Hoover Dam. They eat money and don't add to the city's productivity.
