World Builder/Cheat mode

I know cheaters never win and winners never cheat.

But I love using world builder and cheating units and money.

Is there a way to cheat or create units/gold in Civ 5?

Im also trying to find the worldbuilder- am wanting to edit my civs start positions... anyone know where it can be found if its in the game? Im sure I heard it mentioned in reviews.

I believe they said it would be available for download "Shorty after release". Take it for what it's worth.
