How do I set True Start Locations on my new map that Ive worked on?

The mod/map that I took from the workshop had it enabled, but when I started to work on it, all the True Start locations was removed for some reason. How do I put it back in so it works properly? Nothing was removed for their locations, so I dont understand.

Edit: So, I have put in 'starting' locations in the Advanced section of the World Builder, but when I loaded up the game and picked one of the two countries that I chose for a start location, it puts me into a random. I went back and loaded up the map in create game, clicked advnaced settings and it shows Random and Cultural are my only options. I would like to change this.

Edit 2: I went ahead and put in a player spawn location for Norway. Put it in a location i'd recognize, being surrounded on mountains on three sides... it once again put me in a random spot I didn't choose. ;(

I’m not sure what the official way of setting start locations is but I’ve achieved it on a map I built using World Builder by doing the following.
1) Go into advanced mode then hit player editor in the top left corner.
2) Add a single human player and then however many AI players you need to have one each for each civ you have access to (this will depend on how much dlc you have)
If you have access to 20 civs you will need one human player and 19 AI players.
3) Select each player in turn assign them a Civ using the drop down menu in the Civilization field. Make sure you also set the level field to be Civilization.
4) select plot in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, click on a hex you want to set as a start location.
5) select player from the drop down menu of the start position field, this will create an additional field where you can select the civ you want to start on that hex.

This worked for me provided I didn’t attempt to randomise the leader I chose when starting the game which was fine by me.
