World Builder wont start

Hi all

got a problem with world builder.
When I start it I get this error message

"The Procedure entry point ?DoSellBuilding@CvCityBuildings@@QAEXW4BuildingTypes@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library CvGameCoreDLLFinal Release.dll."

The World Builder just stays on the splash screen and doesnt load (all the other mods work) and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it aint working still get same error.

Anyone that can help ?
