I know this is kind of a noob question, but how do I use worldbuilder to take an existing map, like the earth map, and change the tribes, leaders, etc. to make a new earth scenario?

I don't understand. Why does it is necessary to start a game to enter the game editor ? This make no sense to me. Could someone answer ?

You will have to take an text editor and modify the map file. Worldbuilder can't do it.

how do you even enter the world builder? and can you make a flat map in civ4?
