just one problem there, the new Scenario will start 1890 for several reasons like the helgoland/sansibar treaty the spanish/american war etc

and in 1890 Bismarck was already out of business and Kaiser Wilhelm II. would fit better.

i will give you a full list as soon as i researched more, tho first i just wanted to do not add any Leaders i wanted to name all Leaders like "Government of France, Government of Britain" etc. to get rid of the "immortal Leader images")

but seeing that you are pretty good in doin these Diplo images i think i will go back to the traditional way

Oh and a suggestion, maybe i will replace Netherland by Belgium has a playable civilization, Belgium was more important, industrialized than Netherland and they have a big part of Africa with the Belgian Congo

The Netherlands had more colonies than Belgium. They had modern-day Suriname, the Dutch East Indies, several trading posts in the Far East and India, and was probably more powerful than the Belgians, which was a part of the Dutch Empire 60 years ago!

yes i agree with "iloveciv5" Belgium isnt that much worth of a playable Civ.

just Congo as colony isnt enough

while Netherlands got colonies in South America and Malaysia (which are on my map five Cities including Amsterdam), tho they will still be very hard to play such as Ethiopia but i wanted to add them, i think its pretty interesting since they are the only playable African Nation.

gnah! im getting my lovely crashes again (related to the huge map i guess)

OK, this is some info.

Russia and the USA is best at almost everything, except they are losing a lot of gold, Russia loses 25 gold per turn.
Ethiopia and the Netherlands are weak in most categories.
China, Ethiopia, and Russia and the USA are losing gold per turn.
China, Brazil, the USA, and Ethiopia get no faith per turn, even though they are no religions in the world.
Ethiopia is broke while everyone else has at least 5,000 gold. Give them at least 500 gold. Well, right now they earn 3 birr a day right now, and 17 birr is one USD.
Brazil, Ethiopia, and Japan have low culture gain. Also no one has any social polices.
Spain is the worst in research, with 125 , Russia is most at 446.
Russia has a approval of 9%. They most hate everyone in they're own country.
No one has a military in the entire world.
Ethiopia is broke and is losing gold.

And also, not every leader screen shows up as the ones above. They show vanilla screens for Sweden, China, Italy, Ethiopia and several others. It shows correct for Russia, America, Britain and many others. And after that, it says Italian government, Chinese government, etc. for some leaders. Others are fine.

And one last edit, St. Petersburg, even when it was capital, I think was smaller than Moscow. I might be wrong though.

Leader images Names etc. will be added, and i will also add some Resources (Fuel, Steel maybe Rubber.) and buildings who will provide them using mineral oil and iron/coal etc.

Religions should be disabled since you cannot preset them in the Worldbuilder, dont know what went wrong.

so Russia will get some nerfs on research, European nations some buffs,
Netherlands and Ethiopia will get unique buildings (or UA) to buff their Capitals.


Moscow 1mio; St. Petersburg 1,3mio is what i found.
