ATI mobil' radeon x700 with 128mb graphic card.

what can i do to solve the lag in movie?

Try switching 'Bink16bit' in the Civ4.ini file to 1 and also try 'AllowScreenshots' to 1 also. If it's still lagging free up more RAM if you can, use the lowest graphic settings and shutdown any other programs running in the background like any AV if you can. There is also some low-res movies on the Civ4 site so try them too if you're stil having problems. The last resort is just to switch them off.
