Worldmap for more than 18 civs

I d like to play a world map with more than 18 civs and historical start positions. Does someone has got such a map and can upload it?

You can use the maps provided with the mod if you edit the map file. Open the map file in a text editor (notepad).

The first thing you see is the team IDs. They're listed in bunches 1-18 (0-17? It's been awhile). Copy those bunches up to the number of civs you want BUT change the numbers, i.e. 0-40.

The second thing you change is the next group of info. The player list. Change this the same way you just changed the team IDs.

Boom, they're ready to roll.

But now the starting positions seem to be random. How can I play with the historical starting positions?
