One of the rewards for the World's Fair is 100 Great Person points. I thought that would be a one-time effect. But after winning it, thereafter it acts like Alfred Nobel: whenever I get at Great Person, I restart at 100 GPP.
Is this intentional? The description of Alfred Nobel makes it clear that's what should happen, but the description of the World's Fair does not.
