Wrong Leader name

If Italian language is selected in the Options menu and you start a game as Egyptian leader "Hatshepsut" or you encounter her in game, you'll notice that her name is wrong: In fact she is called "Isabella", like the Spanish queen.
I' don't know how I can modify the leader names, can you help me?
