WWII Scenario (slow) PBEM

Hi.

I'm interested in starting a WWII scenario with 3\4 players.

Details
Civ IV BTS - V3.19
Play: every 2 days (not too fast)

I haven't figured out the scenario yet nor the details but just wanted to know if there are people interested in a WWII scenario that won't go very fast.

Also I'd like to have a limited number of players

One more thing: it's my first Civ IV PBEM so if there are any suggestions\advice please give it to me!

I think we should have 3 to 5 players, so we only need one more to have the minimum!

09. France - Player C (should be called Minor Allies)
10. Ireland - AI
11. Spain - AI
12. Britain - Player C (should be called Commonwealth)
13. Russia - Player D
14. Poland - AI
15. Brazil - Player E
16. Mexico - AI
17. USA - Player E

PROPOSAL HOUSE RULES
- All nations may declare war freely on any country with the exception of Russia and USA
- Russia may not declare war on European Axis until... January of 1942(?)
- Russia may not declare war on Asian Axis until... January of 1943(?)
- USA may not declare war on Axis until... January of 1942(?)

Exception of declaration of war by Russia and USA (only relevant until January 1942/3 off course)
- If an Axis country declares war on Russia or USA, this ally can declare war on other Axis countries
Example: Japan declares war on USA, USA may declare war on Italy.
Japan declares war on USA. Russia may still not declare war on Axis
This is only valid until the end of the no-war period (January 1942/3)

Sounds good. Are you thinking about playing with a mod or vanilla BTS?

The scenario runs with the Basic BtS (no MOD).
The only problem with that is that the tech tree is on, so by the end of the game we could have Modern Armor, Helicopters, etc, but... I don't think there is nothing we can do to stop it.

One more proposed house rule: No usage of Nuclear weapons until January 1945. Agree?

We only need 1\2 more players!
