Xfire not picking up Civ4

I have Xfire, and when I go to Options > Games, Civilization 4 appears under there.

When I go and play Civ 4 with Xfire on, it acts like Im not playing Civilization 4 and I cant chat in game, and it doesn't log my hours. Anybody else have this problem? How do I fix this? I figured someone on here might know, but If not, Ill post it in the Xfire forums.

did you post your question in the xfire support forum? (http://www.xfire.com/xf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=index) - if not do so, this sounds like a xfire problem not so much a civ4 problem...
I myself am not familiar with xfire - sorry maybe someone else here can help though

I did and nobody will reply.

This is starting to really piss me off. Nobody on here will reply (understandable) and nobody will reply or give accurate help on the xfire tech support forums (ridiculous!)

Yes! I finally solved the problem. No thanks to the folks at Xfire. You may lock this now.
