XML and global warming

What xml file is global warming in, and how can I modify it to have a less likely chance to appear?

It's called "GlobalDefines.xml"... look for this:

	<Define>
		<DefineName>GLOBAL_WARMING_PROB</DefineName>
		<iDefineIntVal>20</iDefineIntVal>
	</Define>

Default value is 20... if you change it to zero, you remove it all-together.

I tried that and I still get warming even though the value is set to 0 what gives?
