XML file for Custom screen?

Is there an XML file for the single Player Custom screen? I notice it retains some settings, such as the last difficulty level, starting era, etc. I would like to modify it, so that I can reduce the number of opponents, set the same opponents and just choose my civ with all the other settings fixed, game to game. Basically taking the same exact make-up and just choose a different civ to try out different strategies based on that civs strengths,
