Hello there,
I have found a barbarian city located in a very very bad spot. I want to get rid of those pesky barbarians but keeping that city would only increaes my maintenance costs, so I want to raze it.
I've been reading in the forums that you can raze the city when it's under "rebellion" status, those 2-3 turns after conquering it. To do so, you just have to do as if you were trying to destroy an improvement from any tile. Sadly, the game does not even allow me to click that button because it's not in the menu.
What am I doing wrong? I've checked BUG options and have nothing strange activated to prevent my units from sacking my own improvements...
