see my latest post on Civilzation 5 for clarification...
Since I suggested the Assassin unit I thought about something... Cleapatra! Cleapatra was a great spy who infiltrated Rome, so... if your leader was a unit and Cleapatra was your leader( I wish ) and you leader had the ability to become a spy what would happen? Would the unit be a regular spy or assassin? Or a Unique kind of Spy or Assassin? Here is my thought... If you have a Leader known for being a spy they should be able to become a new unit, The Great Assassin Unit! Great Assassins can only be created that way and they have new abilitys
