Zone of Control

Hi,
Playing on Civ 1.1.383 patch with v122 CivUP+VEM and the ZoC rule is completely ignored.
A shame, cause I liked this rule.

I've played a couple of games with v122 and didn't notice this. On the one hand I'm pretty oblivious. On the other hand, no one else has reported this. Have you checked all the usual suspects?

Zone of Control works in my current game with VEM 122: My units loose all movement points when moving along side enemy units.

Works for me as well...

Remeber Vanguard units sometimes get 3 moves. Can slip past when not expecting them to.

Zone of control rules are in the game core only Firaxis has access to, and cannot be changed by mods.
