Week 2
1. In a sneak attack, the Axis blitzkrieged into Amsterdam. Britain and France which have just declared war on Germany follwing the invasion of Poland are shocked at the spped of advance.
2. Great Britain disbands the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal in Aberdeen which turned out to be worth about half an Industrial Estate.
3. All British air assets begin to transfer to Dover in the south east corner of the British Isles.

Week 4
1. In Holland, the Axis took Rotterdam using combined air and ground forces.
2. In the East the crucial port of Danzig is overun.
3. His majesty King George gives the French two squadrons of Spitfires based in Dover as a sign of commitment.
3. Two squadrons of Wellingtons still under RAF control move to the airfield north-east of Paris. More will follow and this will be the main British base of operations in France. nicknamed Camp Rhino.
4. Have started to build Rosie the Rivitor wonder in Liverpool. The aging carrier HMS Corougeous is scrapped to speed up the process.

Week 6
1. Discovered War Adjustment and can start building AA guns and City Fortifications.
2. Starting research on Internal Security to reduce the corruption crippling the US. This will allow the US to enter the war sooner.
3. Promptly gave War Adjustment to the French.
4. Also gave the Neutrals War Adjustment and M3 Sturart.
5. A U-boat sank the US battleship California sailing out of Norfolk.
6. Heavy air bombardment of Warsaw noted and Katowice falls to the Nazis.
7. RAF Wellingtons destroyed two Panzer III units travelling south towards Belgium. Hopefully this will slow down the Nazi advance into France.
8. RN Cruisers begin bombardment of fortified Italian position east of Tobruk.
9. HMS Prince of Wales begins bombardment of Amsterdam destroying a squadron of He 111 on the ground.

Week 8
1. HMS Prince of Wales is severly damaged by Kriegsmarine battlecruiser attack. Rather than withdrawing for repairs, she remains on station to destroy a U-boat discovered off its bow.
2. Shore bombardment of Rotterdam by a HMS Hood destroys a squadron of JU-87s.
3. Warsaw and Brussels fall to the onslaught of dive bombing JU-87s and Panzers.
4. A squadron of Wellingtons was shot down by ME109s outside Brussels while a second squadron was destoyred during a bombing run in the same area. A third bomber squadron destroyed a Panzer II unit speeding towards dunkirk to intercept the BEF.
5. First of BEF lands south of Dunkirk consisting of three light tank divisions and one AA battery.
6. 2 newly created light armoured units in Egypt begin to move to reinforce El Alamein.

Week 10
1. Axis Panzer Divisions destroy the Dane's only capitalship, still in port, during the capture of Esjberg.
2. 2 more squadrons of Wellingtons were shot down while in action in Belgium. Remaining bombers will be kept on reserve rather than wasting them on areas where the Luftwaffe maintains air superiority.
3. Two tank divisions of the BEF head along the coast towards Rotterdam while a third reboards its transport and heads there by sea.
4. The damaged HMS Prince of Wales was sunk by a second german battlecruiser which in turn was sunk by HMS Hood. Continued shore bombardment destroys another two ME109 squadrons on the ground.

Week12
1. Axis begin to move on the baltic states with air attacks on Kovno.
2. A tank division together with its fighter escourt was destroyed by Luftwaffe ME110 figher bombers along the Belgian coast.
3. Spitfires down a Me109 squadron in Belgium.
4. The Aircraft Carrier Furious in Yarmouth spots a U-boat attempting to breech the ports defenses and her destoyer escourts sink it with depthcharges.

Week 14
1. A naval disaster. A (third) newly built german battlecruiser emerges from Rotterdam and sinks HMS Hood and another cruiser which had just arrived on station. The transport on its way to Rotterdam is destoyed by fighterbombers together with its passenger tank division and fighter escourt. Allies loose 100 gold in the process.
2. One of the few remaining battleships in the British homefleet destroys the last german battlecruiser and a half dead M3 unit which survived an attack by apanzer grenadiers liberates the city - but for how long? A second transport filled with tanks and a AA gun is on its way from Dover but will it get to rotterdam in time?
3. This is a second time air cover by British fighters has proven to be ineffective. A decision is made to use two squadrons of spitfires on air cover missions from now on. One on top of the unit to be protected and second one in front of it.
4. Camp Rhino is attacked by the Luftwaffe and many planes are destroyed. A surviving Wellington Squadron is withdrawn to Britain.
5. Tobruk is finally captured with the combined use of naval and armoured elements.
6. The Allies discover Internal Security and cities all over Noth America and North Africa begin to introduce secret police.
 
Week 16
1. The granting of knowledge to build AA guns and modern fighters to the Minor Allies and Neutrals have slowed the advance of the Nazi War Machine but Lublin in Poland falls even so.
2. Rotterdam holds thanks to fighter units flown in from Dover which intercepted He111 bombers. Reinforcements have arrived and city fortifications are being hastily errected.
3. The British *th army begins its advance towards Benghazi.

Week 18
1. Italian forces bypassed Toulon and Marseilles and captured Vichy.
2. An Italian Infantry militia unit has destroyed part of the road from Tobruk to Benghazi. Idiotic Allied politicians signed a peace treaty behind the back of its generals and the 8th army is unable to continue on its westward march (for the time being).
3. In a lightning manouver, Allied mechnaized forces enter the empty city of Amsterdam, liberating the whole of Holland.

Week 20
1. A combined infantry and Panzer III unit has been spotted at the outskirts of Amsterdam unfortunately outside the reach of Britishships guns. A lone Wellington squadron within range was destroyed during its attack.
2. Allies discover tank radio and plans are underway to use convoys to hasten the building of wonders.

Week 22
1. Axis capture Strussburg by approaching it from the other side of the Maginot line.
2. Axis efforts in the baltic finally bear fruit and Kovno falls after many weeks of stiff resistance.
3. Inexplicably, the panzer unit entrenched itself outside of Amsterdam and HMS King Geroge V entered the city and bombarded the Germans to dust.

Week 24
1. Lwow falls and Vilna (empty) is the last city holding out in Poland.
2. Italian infantry discovered at the outskirts of Tobruk are asked to withdraw, which they do.

Week 26
1. Riga and Vilna fall quickly in succession.
2. All is quite on the Western front. It seems the Germans are content to leave Holland in Allied hands. Besides the Allies only strength lies in its naval forces, there is no way to liberate cities further inland.
The first US made carrier arrives in Plymouth.

Week 28
1. Allies discover Matilda II. Liverpool switches from building Rosie the Rivitor to Atlantic Charter.
Instead, Rosie will be built in Philadelphia.
2. Another Panzer III approaches Amsterdam. In a dangerous manouver, HMS Repulse which has been anchored offshore enters the city and bombards the panzer unit.

Week 30
1. The first Matilda II detachment arrive in Alexandria.
2. A convoy arrives at Liverpool and the Atlantic Charter will soon be signed.
 
Wehrmacht Panzer Grenadiers Sweeping through the Baltic while the Luftwaffe reigns supreme.[/]

Week 32
1. Independents announce they are building the Z3/Eniac.
2. Research is going too slow at 4 turns per discovery. Great Britain has decided to stop operating its Port Facility in Haifa. This will bring in some money and reduce operating overheads of the empire. More scientists will be employed in cities which are not productive.
3. Swaped Tank Radio for 300HP Engine with the Neutrals and gave them a spitfire which they back engineered to discover Allied Fighter.
4.Neutrals demand that the Allies declare war on the Minor Axis as part of its treaty obligations - fine by me.

Week 34
1. The stupid Minor Allies and Neutrals start fighting with each other
2. Hess decideds to concentrate efforts on the East. Operation Barbarossa begins. German bombers are seen in action.
3. The Atlantic Charter is signed (Liverpool) and there is one extra happy citizen in each city. Just about time, it has been difficult maintaining control over the Allied cities.
4. No longer hampered by the politicians, Capitalships of the Mediterranean Fleet begin to converge on Tobruk.

Week 36
1. Minor Allies declare war on the independents as well. It seems that the Allies have allowed them to become too powerful for their own good.
2. 8th Army takes Benghazi after some naval bombardment and Mussolini asks for talks. He is refused but the stupid politicians once again broker a ceasefire secretly. Idiots!

Week 38
1. Italians capture the port of Scutari in Albania.
2. A newly formed armoured division of Matilda IIs heads off toward Brussels.

Week 40
1. Axis capture Tallinn, the last of the Baltic cities but the Bismark is lost to the Soviet Navy during the battle. Soviets meanwhile repeatedly bombard Konigsburg.
2. Italians capture the port of Soliniki in Greece.

Week 42
1. A veteran German motorised infantry unit sneaks up on the flank of my Matilda unit and destroys it. Now the Allies can research Sherman. Ha ha.
2.The stupid French decide to go adventuring in Spain and capture the Spanish coastal city of Bilboa.
3. The Allies commit three bomber squadrons and three M3 Stuart divisions in an atttack on Brussels which is only guarded by three infantry divisions. Most of the attacking force is destroyed but the city is liberated.

Week 44
1. Allies discover Medium Chassis and begin research on M4 Sherman.
2. Allies contanct the Independents and obtain torsion suspension and weapons exports from them.
 
Week 46
1. Neutrals liberate Scutari in Albania

Week 48
1. Greeks capture the Neutral city of Tirana also in Albania.
2. Independents change projects to Rosie the Rivitor while the Nazis begin building the Z3 wonder.
3. Kriegsmarine operations seem to be gaining momentum. The german Battleship Tirpitz sneaks up on the British Home fleet of four capital ships moored off teh coast of Holland and sinks a cruiser.
4. A Uboat sinks a french Battleship near the city of Marseilles.

Week 50
1. French Invade Switzerland and capture Zurich as well as the Swiss Banking wonder.
2. The Axis finally breakthrough the Maginot Line using massive air and infantry attacks.
3. Neutrals capture Saloniki from the Italians while they are distracted by Soviet attacks in southern Europe
4. Two battleships sent to search for the Tirpitz are unable to find her because of bad weather conditions. A spitfire recon finally discovers her steaming for Amden but it is too late. She has escaped..

Week 52
1. The US 8th airforce and its B-17 bombers begin arriving in the British Isles.

Week 54
1. The French launch a major counter offensive after the fall of the Maginot Line and attempt to retake Straussburg. The fail miserably and are decimated.
2. Allies discover the M4 Sherman.
3. A squadron of two English Battleships sail to Emden and destroy the Tirpitz.

Week 56
1. Emden is bombarded until it is deserted.
2. Philadelphia builds Rosie the Rivitor. Now its a 3 cornered race between Axis, Allies and Independents to discover the first programmable computer.

Week 58
1. A Matilda II heads for Emden tooccupy it but it is excruciatingly slow.

Week 60
1. Several convoys arrive at New York which is building Eniac. But the Allies are really far behind, can they overtake the others?

Week 62
1. The Germans appear to be refocusing on France after their half hearted efforts in the East. The second Maginot complex is destroyed and msiive attacks are noted both in Reims and Zurich.
2. At the outskirts of Emden, the Matilda II division is destroyed by an air attack. A backup invasion force is sent by sea.
3. Soviets begin to use Scientist Internment (a wonder)

Week 64
1. U-boat sinks another French Capitalship, this time in the Bay of Biscay.
2. Allies discover formation bombing and the Lancaster Bomber.
3. A task force of two cruisers, a transport and a carrier head for southern italy from Benghazi. Sooner or later the ceasefire with the Italians will lapse.

Week 66 (second screenshot)
1. Under support from naval bombardment, a mixed Tank Corps of M3s, M4s and Matilda IIs lands and occupies Emden.
2. Massive Soviet Armoured formations converge on Bulgaria. Constanza on the north west coast of the Black Sea now files the hammer and sickle.
3. Allies increase their luxury rate to 20% to account for growing populations and more servicemen deployed out of cities.

Week 68
1. New York builds the E.N.I.A.C. With all North American cities supplying convoys, the room sized computer was built in a record 12 weeks (6 turns). The Allied research rate is now greatly enhanced.
2. French agree to exchange their discovert, electric turrets for the American's M4 Sherman design.

Week 70
1. Sneak attack by the pathetic Italians at Tobruk. The puny Italian militia did not stand a chance against the British tanks stationed there.
2. The Luftwaffe launches wave after wave of bombers at Zagreb which is well protected by Yugoslavian AA guns.

Week 72
1. Allies discover the Infantry Tank Churchill.
2. An Italian battleship sailing out of Toranto attacks and sinks a cruiser form the American-British Invasion Force. In the ensuing battle, the remaining British Cruiser sinks the Italian ship.

Week 74
1. German Stukas sink the aging Soviet Cruiser bombarding Riga.
2. The opportunistic Italians occupy Zagreb after the Germans have lost several wings of bombers clearing its defenses. Will this cause a rift between Hess and Mussolini?
3. The British cruiser Ajax is severly damaged by a coastal battery while attacking Toranto. Meanwhile a seond Italian battleship is sighted coming round the heel of Italy. The invasion force is hastily put ashore while the task force disperses. Unfortunately there are none of the new Lancaster bombers in the area.
4. The Allies have gravely underestimated the strength of the Minor Axis and plans are underway to deliver Lancasters to the Southern front from the US via Gibraltar.

Week 76
1. Trapped by Italian naval forces, HMS Ajax continues its bombardment of Toranto in hopes of helping the forces which have landed to take the city. She is sunk instead. The bridgehead of tank forces hide in the hills of Southern Italy while the Aircraft Carrier Indominatable and transport convoy head back for North Africa. Two squadrons of fighters are sacrificed to distract the pursueing Italian battleship.
2. Second grade german infantry units fail to hold Lwow and it falls to the Soviets.
 
Week 78

Aliens appeared in colony ships and began to harvest humans for food. Despite a united defence put up by the Axis, Allies and Soviets, the Aliens prevailed and the humans were subjugated.
