Also, I guess minister of culture suggests raising/lowering culture rate and building things like temples and theaters.

Considering that the third Iranian UHV involves getting a huge amount of culture into one city, the job of Minister of Culture is actually very important. (If VGL's going for the UHV, at least.)

I don't know if I'll have the time to properly dedicate myself to any role. If you really need me then I may join whatever is missing and try my best to follow this story often.

So my religious policy? Tolerance is my goal. I want to have people of all religions feel safe withing our borders. We should have a state religion but it shouldn't dominate our politics. We support the religions according to how big they are in our nations. So our State Religion is the largest one and thus temples and monasteries of it get first priority followed by the second largest and so on.

Starting Up Again

After years of separateness and being weak,Iran was finally united under one hand.Many of the independents joined us to make a empire that can stand the test of time.
All of them except this one,the Kingdom of Pakistan,which was in our core,joined us.The emperor got furious,and made a war proposal.

The first friendship we made was with the Mughals.They spoke Persian so it was easier to befriend them and make open borders with them.One day we went to one of their plays.They were a very big company called "Bollywood" which owned all of the theaters and actors.Their plays were so good that they preformed in Mughals palace every night with something called "subtitles" for Hindu speaking people above them.The emperor enjoyed every second of it and asked if they could get some of the actors so they can play the poets that many people wrote instead of just reading them.The Mughals said no and that's what lead to a horrible future.The one that children of the future had to memorize all the songs and say the meanings

We also went a trip to Oman to say hi to our old friends but it turns out our old friends were captured by the back watered Portugal(they didn't know what was a gun).They said that they Christians.Since we tolerated Christians(especially Armenian ones),we made open borders with them.They also said something about a "African vassal".We also befriended them and we even gained a map for music .
As the province owner of Iran said,we started building economic buildings.We are building many caravansaras and one grocery in Takht-e Jamshid.We showed him each city individually to.

After all this wonderful trips to all countries,it was time to do some internal things.Since Iran had a history of being anti-slavery,we freed all slaves from thier rude owners.
After we freed all slaves,slave owners rioted to get their slaves back.The emperor builded homes for the newly freed slaves
