MSAV IV TERM "Prepararations for war"

I call for immediate build of two called fortresses, to prepare the battle for artillery killing zones. add railroads too.

as soon as the Zulu declare war, send in the Imperial Commando and conduct operation as shown in the citizens threads map. When the diamond monopoly is secured, ask for peace, if no peace achieved, take Mpondo and Izandhlwana. Stop turnchat if all three cities are taken. Remember to negotiate peace when Tugela is taken.

Trade:
Pending the result of this poll, the DP has discression to trade the tech of Medicine to anyone he sees fit. A note is given in the poll in regards to a lucrative Russian trade that would net us 214gpt, 226g and a WM as well as a French (or American or Chinese) trade that would get us Nationalism. The DP has the expressed written consent to do any of these Medicine trades regardless of order.
However, it is under the advice of the Outgoing MoT that we should abstain from any trades with the Zulu, unless they are the trade FA proposed. edit: make that do whatever FA wants to do in regards to Zulu trade. Its just a few posts down from here... Keep lookin.

I have posted this on behalf on General Cyc, and should be the troop deployment for defensive operations within Japanatica, until we got the go order for Mpondo and Izandhlwana. These troops are now stationed in Zojoji

1.Send Cav Army to Bentropolis and have it wait (click wait button).
2.Send Vet Cavalry to Osgiliath and wait.
3.Send Vet Cavalry to Duckburg and wait.
4.Send 2 Vet Cavalry to Hill Valley and wait.
5.Send Cannon to Osgiliath and Fortify.
6.Send Cannon to Hill Valley and Fortify.
 
I believe that the Science Leader may already be away for his wedding, so I will post the instructions for the Science Department. If, however, he was to post instructions after this, then consider these void.

Pesky AI units moving into our territory
Ask them to remove there units from our land. If the option of "Leave or declare war" pops up after telling the offending civ over and over, I leave this to the DP's judgement. If they do declare war on us after refusing to move there units, then follow the procedures as listed in "If war is declared on us".

Demands
Refuse any demand from civs that pose no threat to us and/or in another contenent. If the Civ is demanding something and is bordering us and/or on the same contenent; Do not give up techs, maps, cities, and gold greater than 50g (Value of gold is yet to be decided upon the Leader and will change if he sees fit). If they declare war on us, please follow the procedure as followed in the below paragraph entitled "If war is declared on us".

If another civilization that is bordering us and/or on the same contenent declares war on us. Halt the chat imedeately. If the Military Department provided defenseive plans against the offending civ, then proceed with the chat.

Where Forbidden Palace in Yatta came out as nr 2. with 8 votes.

If there is less than 15 turns left of the build of Forbidden Palace, or we get a second great leader. We should reserve the GL for a wonder on the French Border, in Kagemusha. France is now the biggest cultural rival.

Most of the current Team 1 in Kitakinu will be "redirected" to Fortresses near the Zulu Border.

IF we convert to Democracy, the Babylonian workers would finish their curent task, then report to Faantikku for Repatriation. Also, 4 Roman Workers will be taken off duty ASAP for Repatriation.

Salamanca - Remove 4 forest tiles (except for the one with game) and turn those into Taxmen.

Cattaraugus - Remove all 3 1-food tiles, and turn them into taxmen.

Cumae - Move 2 2-food plains tiles to the roaded forest. Move the railed plains tile closest to Cattaraugus onto one of the forests. It should gain 1spt.

Be sure to re-micromanage the cities like this each time a worker is built.
 
Forbidden Palace: Continue building in Yatta

Palace (prebuild): Continue building in Osgiliath until we have researched Scientific Method. At that point the Palace can be used as a pre-build to Hoover's Dam in En'Gha

Theory of Evolution: This should be started in Osgiliath when available.

Universal Suffrage (pre-build): this can be used as a pre-build at Governor Ginger Ale's discretion in Epolenep.

Hoover's Dam: This should be started in En'Gha when available.

Battlefield Medicine: This should be started in Epolenep when available.

Because we will get Science soon,and En'Gha was building Wealth but Epolenep Factory, moved Palace Pre-Build to En'Gha and US pre-Build to Osgil. (14 turns, we'll get Science long before.)

Oh, and Babs are now Polite with us due to us giving back all 6 of their Workers. Julius still remains Furious though we gave him 4.

The Zulu have moved in on Hill Valley. When asked to leave, they declared War! The Imperial Commando was activated, and took care of the Defense of Hill Valley. We lost 1 Sword and 1 Samurai in excahge for 2 Knights, 4 Swords, 1 Warrior, and a Great Leader! Hirohito then moved in to Yatta.

After a disasterous 1 for 5 in Artillery and the loss of 2 ICs, I hand the reigns to the Minister of War. Turn 3 middle.

REPORTS FROM JAPANATICAN CAMPAIGN IN TUGELA, ZULULAND

We have won the war at a marginal loss of 3 Imperial Commando Units, 1 Elite Border Guard Swords Elite, 1 Pikeman, 1 Cavalry and 2 Workers.
Tugela fell to a heavy cannon barrage, and was charged by border guards and imperial commandoes. We pillaged Zulu Silk, so we can trade it to them.

Finally, I mopped out all pockets, and we can now negotiate a peace.
Since we got inferior infantry units, MSAV supports peace until we are upgraded.

Japanatica now holds Diamond Monopoly. Tugela is Ous to Keep.

I also see an incursion by Coal City from several nations, and I landed our expedition for us to poll a city foundation or not. West of Salzburg.

We also got scientific method, and will now discuss techs.

We can now repatriate Romans.

MSAV proposes to upgrade all muskets to riflemen, since we are militarily inferior in a very few turns.

Prov? Do you have the vanilla Civ3 save? Or are you replaying to get to that point?
