Civilopedia inaccuracies

Civilopedia has been poorly updated during the course of expanding the game - despite it being the sole online reference for Civ V. It's shameful, really. Here's a few inaccuracies I could find in the Concepts section:

Exceptionally erroneous:
- Domination Victory still explains the wrong victory condition
- Generating Great People doesn't take into account separate pools for GWAMs

Minutely misleading:
- Gaining Social Policies describes Autocracy and Freedom as social policy branches while they're ideology trees now
- Social Policy Branches states that there are 10 SP branches (there are 9 + 3)
- Special Improvement states that each GP has a special improvement

Obnoxious omissions
- Theming bonuses can't be found in the Civilopedia at all
- The 5% science tax per city isn't mentioned anywhere as far as I know

I totally agree. Poor documentation is one of the worst things you can do to a TBS game.

- At least, you can find the theming boni by mousing over the empty slots of a culture building.
- Not only is it not mentioned anywhere, I haven't seen it displayed in-game either.

Actually IIRC it's mentioned in the tooltip when you hover over the science per turn gauge. It should be in Civilopedia, too.
