Freshly downloaded and installed C2C v37, freshly installed Civ4 BTS 3.19, Windows 8.1, mod folder has correct name, everything loads without errors - but then there's only the map and the units, no further interface. What I found here so far didn't help.
Ideas?
Weird problem:
When I load the mod (windows xp), in the first attempt it makes it to the initial main menu screen ("Single player"...) but the menu isn't displayed and apparently not functional - nothing seems to happen.
When I then crash it and load the mod a second time, it usually works...
