What? I see some kind of scenario mod and also there is something about "matching players"? I'm imagine you are running your algorithm to analyze gameplay and introduce players with similar ability levels to each other but I see nothing that clarifies this point. Care to explain?

henyo, if the AI can build 16 cities then you are playing with too much free land. It sounds like you are playing larger maps but reducing the number of AI's. Otherwise I can't see that many cities being settled.

I thought GA Culture bombs were more effective if you turn the culture slider up to 100% for the turn that you use it? Doesn't it multiply the effective culture gained in the BFC?

I think that to balance out the early religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism should have their spread factor reduced. Also, missionaries should not appear until all religions have been founded to give late game religions a chance.
