What if you brake a deal what A who is in war with B and they sign peace later, will your rep with B be broken? Or, similary, If A and B don't have conact and later get to know each other will A "tell" B about your bad behaviour?
Never automate early in the game, the worker actions is too importent then. Later, however, you have to automate unless you want to spend more than halv of the gaming time just moving workers.
Really? well I wouldn't. When the game is not challenging anymore and I know I'm going to win, its not fun anymore. I don't see the point in capturing that last city on an iland at the end of the world...
Yea that's what I think to, that makes most sense and what the helpfile says. But the helpfile proved to be wrong in another place. It says a number of 160 generates generates 2 resources/player in a 8 player game which would make 16 r:s. But when i tried it out it turned out to be only 12. And...
I'm not much of a modder, but I think there are to many resources even in C3C. My question is how many resources per player you get for a given appearence ratio number. The only info you get in c3cedit help is that a number of 160 means 2 resources per player in a 8 player game. Does it mean 80...
The percantage for dom. victory is too low. I'm on 55% (pop) in a game and there's no way anyone else can win. It's not fun to continue playing and it takes a lot of time moving everything around at that stage. But you want to see your score, right? To remove dom. victory completly is plain...
I thinks theres a bug when you play random: you always get civs from the american continent (Americans, Mayan, Iraquious etc). I think this is in a thread somewere to.
Its to bad because I like the Idea of not nowing wich opponents your going to face.

First of all are we talking Conquest or vanilla here? In Conquest the Attack value for marines were raised to 12. With the bonus it would make them almost as powerful as tank when attacking from the cost, sometimes more powerful if it also if it also ignores city walls and civil defense...
I once played a emperor game without Iron all the way to the discovery of railroad. Its doable if you have salpeter and horses. Build horsemen and spearmen in ancient time, then musketmen, trebuchets and longbowmen and cavalry when discovered. But pick your fights well, and if you get the...
I'm not a newbie, but a always play default when it comes to theese settings (not with the Pangea/Continent/Archipelago though). So can anyone clear out the consequenses with different settings?
I think thats true if you play emperor or less. Im playing a demi-god game now (large map) and although a have 36% of the area (the runner up have 26%) and its still challenging because I'm behind in the tech race. Communism is very useful here.
Well I never play scenarios, but in an epic...
Monarchy is only useful for longer wars early in the game. Republic has the tradebonus and lower corruption and WW is usually not a very big deal exept for really long wars. Once communism is discovered theres no use for monarchy what so ever
