Firstly, I apologize if this problem has been posted before, or if it is "by design". On ROM fantasy realm maps Pearl and Shrimp resources get generated not in water but no land, and are thus impossible to harvest. Certailny happens, if resources setting is "Irrational" or "Crazy", not sure...

Sorry if this has been posted before: with RoM 2.41 the "Highlands" map script acts weird: besides mountains and water terrains (rivers, too, are OK) there ir just grasslands and hills with grasslands. No forests, no plains or deserts or marshes.

There seems to be a problem with the "Fantasy Realm" map script. Fantasy realm has these crazy combinations, like forest on top of desert, jungle on tundra etc., but with ROM 2.41 the map is completely normal, with none of the crazyness...

This is not quite correct. Initially Prussians were balts ["Old Prussians"], but then they were assimilated by some Germanic people. If memory fails me not, Prussian language [a language of Baltic language group, like Lithuanian and Latvian] prevailed untill 17th or 18th century. See...

OK. 10% -- its still a pretty noral minority. But tell me then is it normal and how did it happen that during soviet times the percentage rised so that now more than half of capital citys inhabitants are Russian [the capital city hosts ~1/3 of all states population].

BULL****!!! Where did you get this info from? Baltic states DID NOT have large Russian population before WWII!!! Most of the Russians ever to be here [in Baltics] arrived after WWII [they were 'invited' to come here by Russian communist governments; YES Baltics were actually heavily colonized...

The idea about refugees sounds fine to me; they maybe could cause some unhappines in cities they settle later [people don't like to be forced to move]. Actually there could be more than 1 option in the game: 1) a "raze" that would produce bad reputation + swarm of angry barbarians...

Yes, I'm familiar with the list. It is really weird with amazon, I even wrote them a mail to make sure, but they DO NOT ship PC games to Latvia [even now when we are in EU, too]. At least they ship books/movies here. But no PC games. I want my copy of Civ4, too, you know :(

Question is very simple: does anybody know a place that sells Civ4 (English version!!!) AND ships games to Latvia? www.amazon.co.uk certainly does not. It's so humiliating to have to search in vain for a shop that ships PC games to Latvia! Especially because it is allmost impossible to buy...
