If you build a second Palace the old one will not get replaced. This matters because Palace gives 10 commerce (huge) and to some Wonders that require NOT a Palace (like the Palace from Zoroastraism).

Also a long standing bug I can't really pin down: there is a period in the early game I can't place wine imprpovement, between plant picking and a true winery. Same for chopping jungles, at the start chopping works, then it doesn't, and after iron working it works again.

Unlimited Wonders can be exploited for greater that normal gold gain. Simply because you can settle specialists and corporations in the +% gold wonder cities.
Doesn't faze me, once you get that far you should have some competitive advantage to end the game.
