As we all know, the AI doesn't know how to use land transport to move, e.g., an infantry with an APC. From a quick scan of the transport AI, it seems to be hard-coded around multi-domain movement.
So... I was wondering if anyone has a guess how hard it would be to tweak the transport AI so...
Dude, somehow I missed this thread but these are awesome. Cool old-school stuff! I particularly like the 2nd and 3rd ones -- though I don't even know the cultural references, they "feel" retro :D
Try removing the alpha channel -- if this file is like the others, you'll see that Firaxis uses magenta and aqua to draw borders between objects and also indicate that something is in the slot.
Don't be so literal! :D Units can be "software" code that run around on the "Net"... bases can be data farms rather than physical presences. We can use the ocean as an alternative realm, really, a non-physical "reality" on the planet.
