    Well Liberia did seem fitting given the history of Africa. Just be glad I don't start like a dozen NPCs in Africa... :p

    Also remember the horrible pwnage an NPC can inflict! They can retake up to five of their home territories in a single turn, AND attack three foreign territories per turn as well. They may have to give the captured territories back, but they're still quite vicious if you try to pick a bone with them.

    Alright, compensated accordingly... I gave you all your claims for this turn + last turn in Africa.

    ...might look kinda ugly on a map though; you're split into three parts! Fortunately, each segment is 10 pixels within the other, making DP a non-issue...

    Might wanna see if you can get some extra territories elsewhere. :p

    we dont have any oil. and our industrial supplies are currently used to make a high technology center in the Republics three largest cities.

    there is one design addition i made to all Byzantine-class Nuclear reactors. they contain an unalterable command to safetly destroy the nuclear reactor by remote control. im not telling you how, but i rarely ever use it.

    sorry... but they are a third world nation and i would think a nuclear reactor would ease the power issue.
