No, only after each map update; while the time in-game changes with each 24 hours, the actual map and such does not.
Meaning, you could end up gaining territory after 6 months, after a year, and then after 9 months, but the time remains constant; updates don't have a set timeline, however, only a minimum time I must wait between them.
So, only send me claims after I've updated.
