ARS - Hotseat Wonders v1.1

Enables a popup with a still image and full audio upon building Wonders in Hotseat multiplayer.

ARS - Improved Movement: Overhauls the unit movement system. Allows multiple units per tile. Increases base movement.
ARS - Improved City Banner: Displays a city's ranged attack value on the city banner tool tip.
ARS - Improved Resources: Adjusts tile yields to make more sense, increase variance, and provide more interesting gameplay.
ARS - More Players: Allows an additional 4 players, 2 City States, and 1 Religion in each map size. MP cap raised to 36.
ARS - Improved Goody Huts: Improves the overall quality of Tribal Village rewards.
ARS - Reduced Owned Capital Penalty: Reduces the Diplomatic Favor penalty for owning an original capital city to -1 per turn.
ARS - No Loadscreen Speech: Removes the loading screen intro speeches.
ARS - Improved Promotions: Reworks and clarifies the unit promotion trees to make all options useful and effective.
ARS - UI Scaling Options: Adds 250% and 280% options for UI scaling. Useful when playing on 4k TVs.
ARS - Reduced Global Warming: Greatly slows the onset of Global Warming and reduces the number of Polar Ice tiles at game start.
