Allows you to manage mods directly from the main menu and hides most main menu elements for a cleaner appearance.

  • Hid the news/ad carousel.
  • Hid the message of the day.
  • Hid the profile header.
    • Profile can be accessed under new "Your Progress" button.
    • Friends list can be accessed under new "Social Menu" button (hidden unless a 2K Account is linked).
    • Giftbox can be accessed under new "Rewards" button listed under Extras.
  • Hid the 2K icon and connection icon.
    • 2K Account portal and linking can now be accessed under new "2K Account" button.
  • Changed the background masks to reveal more of the background image.
    • Background image will now be randomized among the 30 available Civilization backgrounds.

Sometimes I cannot click any button when the menu comes. I have to restart the game when that happens. I suspect this mod has to do with it since I don't have any other mod that affects that screen.

wasn't able to load my save file after installing this mod - not sure if it was caused by this mod

This mod is marked as not affecting save files and I haven't touched any gameplay code, definitely not this one.

Great mod! It would be even better if we could further customize the main menu's background and BGM. For example, replacing the main menu's background and BGM with custom images and audio files

Thank you. Audio modding unfortunately isn't possible with the current tools we have available, but when it is I'm definitely bringing back Baba Yetu. Changing the menu background is easily doable though and I'm planning on adding it eventually
