Corrected the +1 Range for naval units Problem (reported at Steam) of Albuquerque´s Mare Clausum Ability.

Integrated more 6 diplomacies from my mod of new polices for the game.

In this way if you this mod, don´t use my new diplomacies mod which causes game conflict.

Now Built with modbuddy:
- Some icons now dont appear, but selection screen now with leaders and diplomacy without CLEO!

It cant be run with rise and fall yet, only choosing "standard rules" in create game

- Changed boosts for Cartography, Exploration and Steam Power: Commercial Hub, Dhow/Barca/Junk and Stock Exchange respectively.
- Added Junk (replaces dhow) for Chinese ZHENG HE now builds Junk instantly on retire.
- Missing some Arab great People, so added Ahmad ibn Mājid as great admiral, its said that he helped Vasco Da Gama into his journey to India, master navigator builds Dhow instantly on retire, as writes a great work on navigation.
- Finally added Grande Explorador Lopo Soares de Albergaria, brings money and builds Caravela Redonda instantly on retire.
