Improvements Data spreadsheet includes all improvement tables. I have not filled out the API part of this, yet. Coming soon.
I combined all the Imrpovement_* tables into one sheet for simplicity's sake. Some tables have no data and so I added a DUMMY row.
Columns are inferred from data existence. This is crude but simple enough for now.
