About:
A year 3K apocalypse scifi scenario from the 1999 SDC on a large world map by Neil Guenther.
Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also Neil's Title.bmp was in the wrong format had palette conversion issues so Blake converted it to a gif.

Original Description/Intro:
Revolt in 3000
In the year 2987, the people of Earth rebelled against their Off-World
oppressors. Ever since that time, the conditions of the people of earth
have steadily worsened, until it became unbearable. As of now, the two
main factions of the Earther underground have risen up in an all out
Civil War against their hated enemys, the Martians and the Jovians.
The two planets have vowed to stamp out all dissidents, and re-establish
Law and Order on this planet. The last Earther nation left on earth, the
is Republic of the Congo, is under assault from all sides. And still, in
the tiny corner of the blasted australian desert, a new life form
emerges...
Play as either the W. Insurgency, or E. Insurgency is intended, although
any nation can be played as, and still be fun. The Martians and Jovians
are a little easy, though.
