My Little Pony: Colonization is Magic 2016-10-05

MLP: Colonization is Magic is a Civilization 4 Colonization Pony mod. Which adds Equestria as a playable colony. Converting a bunch of art over from Civilization is Magic to bring ponies into Colonization.

Known Issues:
*I had to make a whole mess of "UU" because there wasn't a UnitArtStyle tag, there is nothing Unique about them
*the bulk of the buttons for the pony units have no bee replaced. There wasn't anything comparable.
*the icons in the city manager screen are unchanged
*Celestia has no "ring" animation thus will not move when that kf is supposed to play
*numerous texts referring to celestia as the king
