- Update City Pops with January 2020 data

1.003:
- Tweaked Rules.txt
- Replaced two Units, "Spy" with Spider Wraith and "Singularity Bomb"
with "Spy". A singularity bomb feels a bit too advanced for this
scenario, so it was replaced with a weaker diplomacy unit. The Spider
Wraith is meant to be the more advanced Spy-type unit.
- Tweaked Terrain_.bmp
- Terrain1.bmp: The Swamp terrain has been replaced with AGW Desert. It is
irrigatable and has standard movement allowance. Basically Plains 2.0, but
driven by AGW. Therefore the end cycle of AGW will no longer result in an
unrealistically swampified planet Earth.
- Tweaked Units.bmp
- Filled the remaining extra unit slots with dinosaurs from the MGE Dinosaurs
scenario, because with magic and genetic engineering, why the heck not? :P
- Tweaked Events.txt
- The Biosphere collapse of August 2184 is disabled by default. A few extra .txt
files contains the events script for the Biocollapse, if you wish to add it.
- Changed certain plot elements to better reflect the worldbuilding lore (provided
in the readme), where a mysterious computer worm manages to infect government and
military networks and launch nukes in January 12-13.
- Updated Map 2 (Pluto) with new Pluto maps thanks to New Horizons.
- Updated every tribes' collective gold reserves with January 2020 data from Gold.com.
- And a few other changes I've probably forgotten about. :P

  • Tweaked Rules.txt:
    1. Updated American Leader and gender, to reflect likely re-election pattern.
    2. Replaced "Ultra-light" unit with something more spacey. Units.bmp adjusted accordingly.
    3. Swapped slots for the "Terraformed" and "Basin Ejecta" on the Mars map; Global Warming cycles on Mars will now auto-terraform Mars. Terrain3.bmp adjusted accordingly.
    4. Renamed "Native Mosses" to "Terraformed Pluto" on map 2 (Pluto).
  • Tweaked Terrain_.bmp:
    1. Terrain5.bmp: Graphics for "Terraformed Pluto" (Swamp) made considerably darker, to make it easier to see cities on the minimap after all AGW cycles have completed on Map 2 (Pluto).
    2. Terrain6.bmp: Replaced Mountains graphics fo more realistic mountains on Pluto.
  • Tweaked Events.txt:
    1. Night riders on Mars and Tornadoes on Belle Terre were extremely pervasive to the point of suppressing large scale colonization; made events spawning less frequent, tied all night riders on these worlds to Tech 99.
    2. Added secondary Pluto colonization spot for Communists, in an unused portion of Map 2 (Pluto).
